Virgin Coconut Oil
An excellent cooking oil with versatile uses, coconut oil is also a healthy and dairy-free alternative to butter. With an underlying coconut flavour, the oil can be consumed raw and is great for everything from frying to baking. Note: It may solidify in temperatures below 20C, but comes back to its liquid form once heated or in temperatures above 20C
