Suji

Wheat Suji, alternatively known as Semolina or Rava, is made from durum wheat. Coarser in texture than regular flour, it is widely used in both North and South Indian cooking. High in carbohydrates and fiber, it releases energy slowly and helps reduce hunger pangs by giving a feeling of fullness in the stomach.
