Made from dried red chillis, a dash of our flakes adds a spicy zing to any dish. From pizzas & pastas to salads, small doses adds a hint of flavour wihtout overwhelming your food. For best results, add them near the end of cooking or use as a table-top seasoning as excess heat may damage both colour and flavour.
