Originated from France, Madeleine’s are very small sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-like, shape acquired from being baked in pans with shell-shaped depressions. These airy tea-coffee cakes require the most basic ingredients and demand your attention and patience and precision. We work with a home baker based out of Delhi. She is a trained baker from New Zealand and is following her passion for baking!
