Ashwagandha

A powerful Ayurvedic herb, Ashwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng, helps reduce stress and anxiety. Known to have calming and revitalizing properties, it increases energy, stamina and endurance. Crush into powder and add half to one tea spoon (or about 1-2 whole pieces depending on size and blend) in your favourite shake or smoothie.
