Replacement & refund

Replacement is offered when

• A fresh produce item has been damaged in transition.
• A fresh produce item like fruit or a vegetable is infested or rotten from inside.

Refunds are offered when

• The product is not in stock or shipping a replacement is not viable.

Available refund methods

All refunds are processed via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or Paytm. Standard time for refund is 48 to 72 hours (Sunday excluded). 

We take utmost care in shipping your order, but due to perishable nature of some products there is always a scope of mishandling.
