Almonds are nutritional powerhouses. They’re full of healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Nearly half of a dried almond’s weight is oil. Ripe almonds are cold-pressed to extract the oil while maintaing the goodness of whole almonds. Almond oil is best used uncooked - in sauces, dressings or as a topping on sweet or savoury dishes to add in a nutty flavour.
