Ditch the wheat for good with our single ingredient 100% Red Lentil Fusilli pasta, made only of versatile and delicious red lentil. Commonly known as masoor dal and often used in daily Indian cuisine, leaving wheat & rice behind has never been this easy!
- Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
- Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
Al Dente – cook for 9 mins
Just Right – cook for 12 mins
Soft – 15+ mins
- Drain & rinse pasta under water
- Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
Flavour Note: Neutral taste – closest to wheat pasta. Goes well with all cuisines. Try in your favourite pasta preparation and don’t be scared to get creative!
