Ditch the wheat for good with our single ingredient 100% Chickpea Fusilli pasta, made only of versatile and delicious chickpeas. Commonly known as chana and used in chole and even hummus, leaving wheat & rice behind has never been this easy!

Cooking Instructions

  • Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
  • Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
    Al Dente – cook for 7 mins
    Just Right – cook for 10 mins
    Soft – 14 + mins
  • Drain & rinse pasta under water
  • Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
Flavour note
  • Gentle flavour of chickpeas. Goes well with all cuisines, try using in a one pot pasta!
