Ditch the wheat for good with our single ingredient 100% Buckwheat Strozzapreti pasta, made of only buckwheat. Commonly known as kuttu and eaten in India for generations by fasting women, you can now expand your menu with our naturally gluten free, fast friendly & wheat-free buckwheat pasta!

Cooking Instructions

  • Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
  • Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
    Al Dente – cook for 10 mins
    Just Right – cook for 13 mins
    Soft – 16+ mins
  • Drain & rinse pasta under water
  • Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
Flavour note
  • Neutral, hearty flavour. Goes well with all cuisines, especially Indian. Try using in soup or broth! Excellent for when on fast.
