Ditch the wheat for good with our single ingredient 100% Black Bean Fusilli pasta, made only of protein dense, delcious black beans. Commonly eaten in Mexican cuisine as a part of salads and rice dishes, leaving wheat behind has never been this easy!

  • Single Ingredient – 100% Buckwheat
  • 25 gms Fibre per 100 gms serving
  • 3X protein, 12X the fibre as compared to Wheat pasta
  • Low Cholesterol
  • Diabetic Friendly
  • Fast Friendly

  • Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
  • Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
    Al Dente – cook for 10 mins
    Just Right – cook for 13 mins
    Soft – 14+ mins
  • Drain & rinse pasta under water
  • Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
